Absolutely outstanding experience. Bill, Eddie and Warren were amazing yesterday, I couldn't say one negative thing about the experience. They were polite, team oriented, motivated and fast. Too fast! I called them the Navy Seal team. I had to tell them to slow down a couple of times because our house closing kept being pushed back later and later in the day and they ended up having to sit around for 2 hours waiting for us to close. They were so patient and polite about the situation. FYI: We used a different company when we moved a couple of months ago and the experience was awful. They used day laborers, they nicked and damaged our furniture and they were slow and lazy. I think that I did more work then one of them during the move. The guys at Let's Get Moving are full time employee's In addition, their quoted fees were very reasonable for 3 men. When I first called I disclosed all of the items that I needed moved and how many stairs were in each place… etc. and they never over charged me for ANYTHING during the move (no hidden costs). The previous company charged extra for moving a TV, for certain packing supplies, the list goes on….Awesome job guys, thank you for all of your hard work :-)
Great move. Quinn did the estimate and I knew that the price was good based on a previous move. I asked for boxes and paper to do some of my own packing and that was delivered the next day. Quinn was very professional, personable and prompt. The were wonderful. They never stopped working. I have a lot of old furniture and they were quick, but very careful with every piece. They had to contend with elevators at both locations, but they kept things moving quickly and finished the move in less time than estimated and saved me some money. After working hard for over four hours, they were still patient enough to make sure that all the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it to be. They were just good at their jobs and nice guys on top of that. I would highly recommend this company and certainly use them again.
Engaged lets Get moving to move my parents from Hernando County to Tampa. Three movers with truck arrived as scheduled and worked very hard to get everything loaded, drive to Tampa and unloaded in minimal time in order to stay within estimate. After arriving at destination, politely and professionally explained that the time may go over estimate. We agreed upon final price (within $100 of estimate, which was fine with me because my folks had A LOT of stuff) and they finished within the same day before dark. They were extremely polite while working exceptionally hard and treated my parents with upmost respect and courtesy.
I hired Lets Get Moving to do my move from Apollo Beach FL to University Park FL a distance of about 35 miles. Quinn whom I had originally talked to gave me an estimate of $1950 for 4 men and 2 26 ft trucks which he estimated will take 10 Hrs. This was for a 5200 sq. Ft. house with 5 bedrooms and I was going to do my own packing. The move was to 2 places, to the house I had rented and to a storage facility. Overall the move went outstandingly well. I was called 2 days before the move to remind me about the move and answer any questions I may have. 2 hrs before the scheduled time (8 am) on the move day I was called again to say that the crew would be leaving shortly and they arrived promptly at 8 am. The 4 original men were Steve (the foreman), Patrick, Tony, and Shane. Steve introduced me to all the men and kindly reassured me not to worry and to take a deep breath and relax! They started loading the trucks immediately and all worked steadily. After 3 hours Steve realized that the 2 trucks would not be sufficient. He quickly estimated how much a third truck with 2 additional men would add to the total cost. The 3rd truck with Peter and James arrived quickly and within the next 2 hours they had all my stuff loaded. The move and unloading at the storage and the new house took an additional 3 hours for a total time of about 8 hours start to finish. I was very impressed with all the 6 men and how steadily they worked. Shane was one of the hardest working men I have met. I felt that the approx. $2300 I paid for 3 trucks and 6 men was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Lets Get Moving to anyone who requires a moving company.
Moved furniture (3bd-2ba) from Lutz to a St Pete storage unit. Arrived on time, introduced themselves and asked a few questions.Quickly started moving my stuff, each guy seem to have a specific job. While one took my furniture apart, another moved stuff out of the house and the third guy loaded the truck. Non stop until they were done. Very polite and professional.
These guys packed and moved us. They were professional, as well as efficient. We are getting ready to call and have them move us again. They were very careful with our belongings. My husband (who is never happy with movers), really felt these guys did a great job. We used Let's Get Moving Company to move us from a two-story townhouse, to a one-story home, about 1/2 hour trip further north.
Great. We hadn't moved in almost 28 years, so needless to say, this was a "traumatic" and exhausting experience for us, even though this move was of our choosing. From the beginning, we dealt directly with Matt (one of the owners). He was always professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and most responsive in getting back to us, when need be. Our daughter found him on Angie's List (had a great rating), and we called some of his references personally, as well as get several other estimates. Based on the foregoing, we chose him/his company to perform our move. He, and his "team" did a great job of moving us out of our two-story townhouse, into a one-story home. We were so impressed, that we just recently (March) recommended him/his company to friends of ours, who are moving to another state. They are going to use Let's Get Moving also.
After they started to bring things in, I felt like they were part of the family. Very courteous, always willing to go out of the way to lend a helping hand, never complained about having to relocate pieces of furniture within the house. I highly recommend these guys :-)
The guys went right to work and held an even, fast pace the entire day. Half of my belongings went to an apartment, and the other half to a second floor storage unit. They did an expert job of fitting everything into the unit. I will be hiring this team again in about six months when I move to my permanent home. I have many fragile belongings, and a piano. Not a single scratch!
I've used as least five different moving companies for various moves in the past few years, their pricing was the best and most fair. They did what they said they would, did it well at a price I could live with. I will call them first in the future.
Extremely good job moving my 2 BR townhome. The guys were attentive, careful, and friendly. No damage reported, which is exceptional. Even figured a way to get the couches in over the balcony. Very happy, A+ service, communication, and professionalism. Would recommend highly.
They moved furniture from one home to another about 16 miles away. I was extremely pleased. The two workers who came were very careful with my furniture and meticulous in making sure my belongings were handled carefully. I was happy with the service and would recommend them to others. I've moved several times and I've never had an experience like this before.
My whole experience with Let's Get Moving was excellent and very professional. The owner answered the phone when I called and he went over the cost and explained things very clearly….The two movers were professional, nice, and worked fast and hard. They were extremely careful and never stopped working. They made the moving of my belongings and furniture very easy. I highly recommend this company and their price is very fair!
I could not have hoped for a better experience with a moving company. These guys were WONDERFUL from start to finish. The office always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and all expenses were clearly explained up front. I was given a set price and there were no surprises after the job was complete, even though I did not have as many boxes as I originally told them, and even after we added a second drop off location for some of our furniture. They still stuck with their original quote. This company was a pleasure to work with. They clearly have a strong work ethic and sense of professionalism. I will absolutely use them the next time we move.
